The qualifications for standard retail are,

• Card present 80% of transactions or more
• Swiped through an electronic terminal for authorization
• Product delivered at the time of sale (not special ordered)
• Sales mostly to general public

Mail Order and Telephone Order

We also offer great rates for both mail order and telephone order business. We have fast easy approval for this category as well however; underwriting criteria is more stringent. Approval is based more on credit standings, and business history. The qualifications are:

• Card not present more than 30% of transactions
• Key entered into an electronic terminal, or computer software
• Address Verification Software utilized
• Less than 30 day delivery time for product
• Stated return policy
• Product sold to general public, or corporate clients

Internet E-Commerce

We are one of the industry leaders in e-commerce accounts. Our rates are generally much lower than otherwise available. We underwrite each account based on type of product, time and history of business, credit history and other criteria. We do not offer a one size fits all solution. Internet sales can be tricky and consequently, we do our due diligence in setting up each account to protect all parties as much as possible. The qualifications are:

• Card never present
• Transactions entered by consumer through a secured server
• Address Verification software utilized
• E-Commerce protection software utilized
• Clear and reasonable delivery schedule
• Clear and reasonable return policy
